Shipping

All packages will ship through USPS or UPS for a flat rate of $10 for most items and $19.99 for large/fragile items applied at checkout. Shipping rates effective as of November 2022.  

*At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states*

Returns

Online Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the date your order was received, for store credit only.  Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Bath & Body items
  • Home Cleaning products
  • Furniture
  • Custom Orders
  • Special Order Items (Dishes etc.)
  • Final sale/clearance items 

Instore Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we will accept returns within 3 days of purchase, for exchange or store credit only. 

We operate as a small business, and we appreciate you supporting us!  Our return policy helps us run this small business to operate both efficiently and wisely. We hope you can understand that we cannot accept used items back. All items returned should be sent back in their original condition, in the original packaging with tags on.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item.  A gift card will be issued, and an email will be sent containing the gift card and refunded store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If all of these conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit.  The item must be in transit to us within 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only.  

Broken and/or defective items

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us via email at info@oursundaynightdinner.com.  Please include your receipt number and the items you are inquiring about. For items that have been damaged in transit please include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box as well. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages MUST be received within 5 days of delivery date.  Anything received after that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Promo Codes

Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases.  Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 5 days of the date your order was received for store credit only.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Expired promo codes will not be accepted. Certain items are excluded from promotions.

Furniture/Other Large Items

Furniture and certain large items that we are unable to ship, are featured on the website for in store purchase and pick up. All furniture can only be picked up at the shop. Furniture cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Custom Orders

We are able to place custom orders for items and furniture. All custom order inquiries can be made to info@oursundaynightdinner.com. All custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Availability of any custom ordered items can change, and any shipping times, delays, or backorders are out of our control. All custom ordered items can be picked up from the shop and are not able to be shipped to your home. 

Workshops and Events

Workshops and tickets events are not eligible for refunds, but tickets are transferable. Please contact us if you are unable to attend a workshop or event that you have purchased.
